Certified Menopause, Longevity & Aging Coach;  Member of the North American Menopause Society, the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, the Canadian Humantistic & Transpersonal Association, & The Society for Applied Research in Memory and Cognition

Undergraduate degree in Psychology, Certificate in Mental Health Counseling and additcitons, Deploma in Adlerian Counselling. I also hold certificates in Media Literacy, Menopause coaching, Historecgtomy coaching, Nutrition Therapy, Nutrition coaching, and Lifestyle coaching.  I have trained to be an Adlerian psychotherapist.  I am truly interested in helping others determine their best selves and their true path. I have 10 years experience in education and the mental health field. I am a certified Life Coach.  I am  interested in anti-aging, happiness, behavioural economics, decision making and financial planning. I recently finished a certificate in Media Philosophy and I am interested in how media informs identity, self esteem, decision making and consumerism. I am currently pursuing a certificate in Business Administration, to better understand finances.
